Badding Farms desired a storage building for their inventory of equipment, but their desired project site presented some unique challenges. Low-gradient conditions made moisture damage to any building a significant concern. They turned to Stately, a most trusted name in post frame construction, to create a durable and efficient structure that would meet their unique requirements.

Our post frame structures are constructed using concrete pier foundations and Perma-Column® Sturdi-Wall® Brackets, ensuring all wood remains above grade, effectively preventing rot and ensuring the structure's longevity. In this instance, Stately was able to utilize its unique expertise to ensure that the Badding building remained sufficiently above grade to ensure that it will last through the test of time.

The result is a sharp-looking and functional 40' x 64' x 14' pole barn, complete with clear panel transoms and a spacious 14' x 12' sliding barn door for easy access.
