WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Running/ Managing construction projects and making sure everything gets done right and on time
• Staying up to date on building codes and regulations
• Handling a variety of tasks including:
• Light plumbing and electrical work
• Demolition and framing
• Hanging and finishing drywall, painting, and installing flooring and tile
• Doing millwork and other carpentry tasks

• On location at job sites throughout the Buffalo, NY region

Successful candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks including operating machinery, using hand and power tools, preparing and maintaining construction sites, and ensuring safety on the job site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ·Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders, and other equipment as directed
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and equipment properly, and securing the site on a daily basis
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks manually and with the use of equipment
• Perform specialized tasks, such as framing, steel work, and roofing, as needed

• Experience operating heavy and light equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
